(20 lbs or less), no aggressive pets, no exceptions.
1 vehicle and 1 boat per site.
Rates include sewer, water, and use of all facilities.
Metered electric usage is not included in rental rates.

Please call 863-763-4638 regarding yearly rate for Studios, Lodges, and Furnished RV. Yearly rate is for rental of the site for a minimum of 12 months. Should you decide not to stay for a 12 months, the rate reverts back to the monthly rate of your length of stay.

Cleaning Fee:
A $40.00 cleaning fee will be charged on all Studios,
Lodges, and Furnished RV rentals.
Reservations:
A deposit is required for reservations with the remaining balance paid upon arrival. A drivers license and credit card are required at check-in. A minimum 30 day notice from the reservation date is required for a full refund.
* RENT IS DUE BY THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED ON THE 6TH, AND $5.00 EACH DAY AFTER, UNTIL RENT IS PAID IN FULL.
